Scheduled downtime (Sat 12 Jul 2008) PDF Print E-mail

There will be a major maintenance on the backend network on Sat 12 Jul from 1pm to 3pm. The downtime is expected to be between 30 mins to 2 hours.

During this downtime all the servers will be completely inaccessible. Please be assured that no data will be lost. Email will be deferred on remote servers and delivered once the network comes back online.

Downtime on Sunday, 25 Feb 2007 PDF Print E-mail

We regret to inform that an emergency maintenance has been scheduled for 25 Feb (Sun), 4pm. The maintenance is estimated to take about 4 hours.


All sites and emails would be affected. Emails sent to our customers during this time will be deferred on the sending server and delivered after service is restored.

 

We apologize for the short notice as well as the inconvenience caused.

Due to continued space and power constraints, some of the servers will be moved to a newer data centers. This move will take place between Sat, February 9, at 2pm SGT, and is expected to last up to 8 hours, until 10pm SGT.

Your web server, mail server, file server, and MySQL server may be unreachable during this time.
